Autobiography

If we were referring to an

autobiography

        which perhaps we are

then also we are referring

to a name. We are

taking stock of personhood

and performance. Ours

is this –

it's mine. Its

    green

grass, loose and lovely, all of

the increments of

freedom

presented to me so flawlessly

without complaint; no disasters

present aside from each

          imagined

hypothetical chaos. I

am tied down for

freedom.

This autobiography is

so simple it's complex. I

measure distances of feet by

feeling, create collection

through intention and

aim for rhythm through

paragraphs relaxed. I

move

as the horses do.
